Mouse Click not registering with on prem software

I have a software program that doesn’ tseem to have any elements to identify.

WHenever i try to send a mouse click, it doesn’t seem to register.

I have tried the recording of hte mouse click, but it doesn’t show a mouse click either.

Any help will be appreciated

As you are saying there are no elements to identify. Please try with Citrix recording.

Hi @daryl_pressley, can you send a screen shot of what it looks like when you try to indicate an element in the software?

Do you know if the software is Java or Citrix based?

Ok, i will give it a try with citrix and let you know the results

So I final was able to get it to work. I was not able to get it to click on the actual link that I needed. However I was able to utilize the task bar at hte top to select the login button.

It was not how i had anticipated, but it was a workaround.

THe centrix option did not work.

I am not sure if it is written in java.
