Monitoring Unattended Robots from Orchestrator

We have seen several instances in recent weeks where our unattended Robots are losing connection with the Orchestrator.
This is resulting in Jobs going into a “Pending” state and literally hanging for hours.

Attached is what it looks like on our Robot machine.

We are working on root cause here with our network team.

Is there any monitoring we can put in place at Orchestrator level that would alerts us if any of the Robots lose connection like this?

Hi @johnom,

We have set up alerts on our Orchestrator so we get notifications for faults, jobs stuck in pending and jobs that haven’t finished. I don’t see the pending emails very often but this may be something worth looking into.
