Is it possible to connect bluestack or any emulator into mobile device manager? Because I’ve tried several times, but the access was canceled because of the emulator did not have a root permission

In theory it is possible but for me the latest Bluestacks crashed when trying to execute a simple webpage app on it, so it seems there are issues. You can connect any emulator as long as it has adb access and works with Appium.
