ML Extractor and ML Classifier fails intermittently while processing the documents

While processing the documents using ML classifier or ML extractor it intermittently fails with below error.

i.eRequest CorrelationId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Request PredictionId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'obj')

Issue: While processing the documents using ML classifier or ML extractor it intermittently fails with below error.

i.eRequest CorrelationId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Request PredictionId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXValue cannot be null. (Parameter 'obj').

Resolution:

  • It is recommended to use ML SKILL Name and not URL.
