Migration from Classic Folder to Modern Folder

What is the most efficient way to migrate all content from Classic Folder to Modern Folder on Orchestrator?

Try using orchestrator manager…it would make life easy with moving assets queues and all easily

There is nothing that you can do direct though to migrate

It’s the only way available?

my login on uipath orchestrator is provided with my login on windows and it’s on premises version…I’m not able to login usin the orchestrator manager…

Hi @jose.penetra

If you are admin or if you can ask your admin to create a local user with api access then you can use it. That user can be used for orchestrator manager activities.

If that is not an option then you have to use direct api’s to get the values and move to new structure

To run automations jobs on modern folders is only possible with unattended robots?

I’m asking this because on classic folders we don’t have this topic…

Yes unattended license is needed to run the bots from Orchestrator

You can edit users and give unattended license to them

Did you assign an unattended license to the robot you created in modern folders and provided username and password?

And alao created a machine associated to it?

And is the machine online?

These are the thingsyou need to make sure

Those are two different things you cannot have common for both

You can create one for your Modern folder spearately

Hi All,

When I tried to migrate default folder to modern folder. All Asset value per robot vanished and Triggers also gone. Is any way for complete configuration migration from default to modern folder?

In my scenario Modern folder created but configuration vanished.
