What are the challenges occured while migrating from orchestrator enterprise 2018 to 2019
What keypoints we should keep in mind ?

There are many cases where you’ll need to back up your project.json file and have the processes reinitialize a new project.json file in 2019.10, as the file has different contents between the two versions. You’ll also need to reinstall dependencies when you do this.

I recommend having a separate Orchestrator instance for the upgrade if possible so testing can be done before full migration.

So if i have 300 bots to be upgraded, do i have to manually update dependencies in each of these VMs ?

It’s the processes that would need to be updated only, and it may be that some do not require any changes.
