Migrating Power Automate Desktop Workflow to UiPath for Mac Users

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for suggestions and guidance from the community. I recently completed a project using Power Automate Desktop, including both development and testing. However, I’m facing a challenge:

The end-users (clients) work entirely in a Mac environment, and their team is not familiar with Windows. Since Power Automate Desktop supports only Windows, this creates a gap between the tool I’ve used and the client’s operating environment.

I would like your suggestions on the following:

  1. Is it feasible to migrate this workflow to UiPath in a way that allows it to run in a Mac environment?
  2. If not, what are the possible approaches or workarounds that would allow us to continue relying on Power Automate Desktop, despite the Mac-only constraint on the client side?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

It all depends on what you are doing inside the process

also whatever it is you cannot directly migrate you need to rebuild

you have studio web or cross platform whcih can work on mac users but it comes with its own limitations, but has most of the features as of now

cheers

Hey @Anil_G ,

Thanks for the input, sure will check cross platform or studio web approach.
