Microsoft Office365: Send Mail activity error

I’m getting the error message: “Send Mail: Code: ErrorInternalServerError Message: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed” while using Microsoft Office 365 send mail activity. This error occurs only in one process, it works fine for all the other processes. I’m using Microsoft 365 package version 2.4.3 in all processes.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked and storage space is not an issue here. Also, I’m using Authentication type as Interactive Token in Microsoft Office 365 scope.

  1. Check Inputs: Ensure that all inputs to the Send Mail activity, such as recipient email addresses, subject, body, and attachments, are correct and formatted properly. Sometimes an error in these inputs can cause the operation to fail.
  2. Verify Authentication: Since you’re using Interactive Token authentication, ensure that the authentication process is working correctly for this particular process. Make sure that the authentication token is being generated and used properly.
3.Review Permissions: Double-check the permissions granted to the application or user account used for authentication. It’s possible that the account may lack the necessary permissions to send emails in this specific context.
  3. Check Service Status: Sometimes internal server errors can be caused by temporary issues on the Microsoft Office 365 service side. Check the service status or any known incidents that might be affecting email sending functionality.

Thanks for the reply, recently we have updated the domain name after updating the same in recipient email addresses the issue is resolved. Still, the question is why for only one process it was giving error?
