Microsoft office not responding! Unable to cast COM object of type

Hello i am getting the following error using invoke method to get mail.

Another process i am running getting workbook error looks like microsoft office apps are not working please suggest.

Make sure that your project is not set to start in background as it appears it cannot find some UI Elements.

Then run the Office repairs as an Administrator and restart the PC.
