'Microsoft Office' exited without properly closing your Outlook data file

Hello,
I am getting this error:
‘Microsoft Office’ exited without properly closing your Outlook data file ‘C:\Users\kljlkjkl\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\sss.ost’. ‘Microsoft Outlook’ must be restarted. If this error message recurs, contact support for ‘Microsoft Office’ for assistance.
I am using the ‘Send Outlook Mail Message’ activity and my UiPath.Mail.Activity package is version 1.20.3
I start outlook before using the activity as it may stay in Outbox.
Any tips why this error might occur?

Try to use O365 activities that doesn’t require outlook to be opened and works at the background.

If O365 activities is not possible, try reinstalling outlook. Do not kill outlook instead try closing outlook.

Is size of your outlook data too large?

Synchronization between the OST file and the Exchange server might be less efficient if the file is very large. This can lead to delays in updating the local cache with changes made on the server.

Clear the mail box of useless mails & perform regular maintenance to keep your mailbox organized and clean & restart your server or outlook

Delete the OST file & Outlook will regenerate it the next time you open the application.

Or you can also use send SMTP mail message if you know port & SMTP server.
