When trying to use Get Mail within Microsoft Office 365 Scope, we’re getting this error:
Microsoft Office 365 Scope: There was an error on the email server. Please try modifying your Query or Top values to continue.
Both “Top” and “Query” are blank, as they are optional. Although I did try putting values into them. Still didn’t work.
For anyone who has this issue, for us it was because the mailbox was in our on-premise Exchange server, it hadn’t been moved to 365/Azure (we thought it had been moved, but later found out they had an issue moving it).
