Hi, when I tried to make connection with Microsoft account using my PERSONAL email I got this error: Failed to create the connection. Please close this browser tab and try again. Hi @Mun_Ahmed! 2 things: 1. Have you tried out the advice from the error message? To close the tab and try again? 2. Do you have a Microsoft 365 account linked to your personal email? ---

Hi, @Bianca.Dragu. I´ve tried closing the tab and I do have a microsoft account linked to the email I use i´m UI PATH. However, the email I use in UiPath is different from the email I have the microsoft 365 account. Do I need to crate a UiPath account with the email linked in the Microsoft? Please check your credentials or instance configuration” } } I´ve also tried clearing browser sessions before oppening UI path in incognito window to try the connection, It didn´t work. Is there anything I can do to solve the problem? Am I only allowed to connect to the email I´ve used to create the account? In that case, how am i supposed to connect to a google sheets or drive account that is not a outlook email? Thanks in advance for the help. ---

Hi @ejpggomes20 @Mun_Ahmed One drive SharePoint connector doesn’t work with personal email currently due to missing scopes.
