Microsoft announces to stop 32bit builds

How will this affect UiPath’s product since it ships in x32 ?

Hi @Petar_Soce,
This means only that Windows 10 will be not available in 32bit version. But it don’t have any impact on running applications. Every Windows from Vista till now which are in 64bit version are able to run both 32 and 64 bit applications and this will not change. To proof this just look into C:/ drive on 64bit Windows where you will find Program Files (for 64bit applications) and Program Files (x86) (for 32 bit applications).

It’s just about the fact that each new CPU is capable to run 64bit instructions and installing 32bit version of OS on computer with this kind of CPU is like cutting huge amount of potential computing power because of using wrong OS type.

Anyway 64bit OS version is compatible with 32bit version.
