Micro excel file open through Citrix application

I am open micro file through Citrix application. In this file I will update cell value and click on “Automatic” button and calculate the sheet. But after the click button sheet will not automatically calculate.

Recalculate option is also hide.

When you say “Automatic” button is it something from the excel application or part of your automation. Can you be little more abut specific the issue you are facing?

So as the file is opening in a citrix application you are doing the ui based automation in the excel ryt.
Can you share the screenshot of the steps which you are trying to automate? Also is it working manually?
