I need to know if there is a posibility to enable MFA functionality or similar when signing into the Orchestrator.

UiPath does not offer any multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions that can be configured directly within our Orchestrator platform
Incorrect.
You can connect the Orchestrator to your active directory in Google or in Microsoft, and configure the appropriate MFA in either of those systems.
For additional security you can also whitelist IP addresses so you can only sign in from approved locations, such as your office or behind your company VPN.
