How to provide limited access to Business Team based on folders in Action Center?
Follow the below 2 approaches,
Approach #1: Select the type of the view list required by calibrating the filter.
Approach #2: Create set of separated subfolders to keep the user isolated from each of the process and map the catalogues respectively. Make the necessary changes according to the requirement. Follow the below logic,
- Create a folder dedicated to the action center, as per the preference.
- Create the required number of sub-folders as per the isolation requirement
- Go to the Action Center, create the catalogs for each of the orchestrator subfolders, say classification and validation
- Go to the Orchestrator and assign the business users for the subfolders specific to the business process/access requirement
- Now create an action and check the unassigned section under Inbox.
