Merge excels from 3 folder

Hi, I have excel files in 3 folders. Sometimes I may have excel files in only 2 out of the 3 folders. I want to merge all of excel files and output it in a 4th folder. How to do so please?

All excel files have 2 columns. One of the excel do not have a heading. So basically I just want to append all excel files. Column0 matches with column0 of other excel files:

We can call each file in the folder
Set it to read range
then write to file output in folder4
we have variable index,
next row of next file is the 1st blank row in output file
