Merge 2 Datatables with Conditions

Hi Everyone,

I want to Join 2 datatables as shown above and i need get the Required Output as below:
Condition:
DeliveryDate cell is Null in First DT i.e., row 3 then append the data of row 1 in 2nd DT.
DeliveryDate cell in Null in first DT i.e., row 5 then append the Data of row 2 in 2nd DT.
