Yes i am using same email but i didn’t receive advanced badge, so i requested for adding to group manually.

I see. Could you please post a similar screenshot of the required course? (together with the completion date)
It helps us debug the issue.

yes i have completed the survey at the end of each course.

We checked and the course was completed on 20 October (yesterday) and you were now granted access to the group (it can take roughly between 24-48 hours to sync the progress).
