Match level between text and web data in excel uipath

Hello everyone
Colleagues, I need to compare a data entered in a web form against a datatable, the content of the datatable are cities of Colombia and the data entered in the web form is precisely the city of the person who filled out the form. It must be validated that the city of the person who filled out the form is from Colombia
I can make the comparison between the two, as long as the city exactly matches, but I have to assume that the spelling is not the best or that some cities have or do not have accent marks

Examples of what can happen
Web Form - DataTable
Bogota - Bogotá
Baranquila - Barranquilla

how can I do it?
