Masterexcel1 and excel2 are the need to add data in masterexcel1 and if accoutn is repeted need to increase the coutn

Hi All,

I do have excel1 and need to add in masterExcel1, if any account in masterExcel2 is repeated its need to increase the count.You can see below

this today file excel1

we need to add in masterexcel1

so today i run the file and while adding rows in the masterexcel1 if account is repeted need to increase the count

what the logic I need to use here and how to get the count value base one account number
