Hi everyone

I accidentally deleted my connect account.
I know there’s no way to recover it, but is it possible to create a new account with that same email adress?

I think it should be possible, have you already tried? It would be a new, blank account though in any case.

Thank you for the quick reply!
I tried and i had an error “you don’t have permission to perform this action”
I thought maybe it takes some time for the old account to be deleted completely, i don’t know…
If that’s possible, i can wait a bit before trying again, otherwise im gonna have to create a new email adress for that :pensive:.
Any thoughts?

Could you also maybe post a screenshot of the place where you encounter this error?

Issue solved. @Pro-Gas-E confirmed the account reactivation.
