Mark Outlook Mail As Read and Set Outlook Mail Categories causing Operation has failed

Hi,
I have been using my unattended robot for some time (almost 2 months) and didn’ t encounter this problem before. The last two weeks, my robot is failing to mark the mail as unread and set categories to it. I try to put try catch around it and log the problem but still, the workflow doesn t continue its normal flow, instead the error is propagated and handled by an outer try catch block.

Im sure the in_EmailToProcess references to the correct mail. Is there any update in process or something because this makes no sense to me.

Please HELP!

Ideally it should stop in catch unless rethrown…can you check if it is failing in outlook scope activity itself…as I see you have enclosed individual activities in tey catch

What Mail Package Version do you have?
Can you attach a workflow sample of where you encountered this issue?
