Mark as read doesn't work in uipath

i m trying to use get outlook message activity to read the message from outlook.Though mark as read is checked the mail message isn’t marked as read.Due to this it reads the same message again and again.Is there any parameter for this to work.Is antivirus required for this ? Programatic access warning is disabled

As you need to get OnlyUnread messages to get mark as read

yeah its already done.but its still not working

It’s strange that mark as read is not working for you, are you getting any errors? Messages are being read successfully?
