Mapping Active directory user/group to local admin user in orchestrator

I am currently on a 2019.x.x on prem version of orchestrator, Is it possible to map an AD User or group to the local admin account in orchestrator? Or is there any solution that will allow that the local admin account to be managed by another tool such as CybeArk?
