Recently migrated to MF using the MF migration wizard. All the assets are present in every subfolder so I will need to remove a lot of them from some of the subfolders. Other than having to do this manually through assets is there a quicker way to do this ?
@alistair.moffat - At least for one asset, go to any folder. Click on the 3 dots on the right for an asset. Click on ‘Manage Links’ and choose only the ones you want the asset in. Does that help you? At least a bit?
I wish it did but that’s how I would be doing it manually. I don’t think there is any other way to be honest.
Have you tried the Orchestrator manager tool?
Yeah, it’s not compatible with the version of orchestrator I am using.
You could probably write your own automation to do it, using the Orchestrator API to remove the Assets.
