Make WebHooks Queue Specific

When configuring a WebHook when adding a new Queue Item, it would be great to be able to target a specific Queue instead of all Queue Add Items being triggered and going to the same URL.

Example:
URL1 = Queue-A (Add Item)
URL2 = Queue-B (Add Item)
