Make the process obtain information from the previous day and also check the last 3 days

Hi, i need to make a process that can get some files from the previous day and also scan the last 3 days to check if some file still missing (this process runs monday to friday, but some times they post files in the weekend)

I try using excel to register the date, but i didn’t understand how can make the process to check the last days (i need to register that day is already searched)
