Maintenance mode (on Orchestrator) for Robot VMs

Dear UiPath team,
the following is a very important demand from us:
We want to be able to set a single Robot machine into maintenance mode (similar to Orchestrator) so that it finishes still running jobs but does not start new ones.

Reason: We have very big environment where we cannot control all bots by ourselves. In order to do a Robot VM maintenance, at the moment we even need to kill processes.
