I’m trying to enable maintenance mode on our Dev server via an API call. I’ve configured the credentials in the admin portal and included the scope OR.Administration when requesting the token. The token is successfully generated. However, when I use it to make the API call to start maintenance mode, I receive a 403 Forbidden error. I also tried initiating maintenance mode through the Swagger interface, but encountered the same issue.
Let me note, we run orchestrator in UiPath cloud. Is maintenance mode available for customer to trigger from the orchestrator API with an on-premises solution?
First thing cloud orchestrators are managed and maintained by UiPath so you dont have access to and not sure why you want to enable a maintainance window on your cloud orch
And yes maintainance specifically is for standalone or suite with on prem
