Mail Exchange taking long time to fetch emails after migrated to Office365

Hi All,

Since, we migrated our on-premise mailbox to office 365, we are experiencing long time fetching unread emails using the activity in one of the rpa process. whereas, regardless the number of emails the same code was taking only few mins to fetch all the unread emails. Did anyone had the similar problem after migration to office 365? Thanks in advance!

did we try directly with get outlook mail activity

The machine we’re running this process on does not have Outlook. After migration, we are using “” to access the mailbox, which is causing the delay. Before migration we were using “” on prem mailbox

Just wanted add one more thing that the migrated mailbox is a shared mailbox which we are accessing through on premise mailbox using Exchange mail activity.
