Mail body allignment

Hi Community,

i have an issue while creating email body with the variable need to place in middle of it.

in type into i am unable to fit the body in it throwing errors. so can any one suggest how to key in the whole body with variables in middle of it.

please refer the example.

Ex :

SUBJECT
UAM “Variable” “Variable” review : “Variable”

BODY
Dear @“Variable”/“Variable”,

As part of our xxxx Quarterly Review for “Variable” “Variable”, we kindly request your confirmation on the following:

User List Verification: Please verify whether the following user list in your xxxxx Team is still valid. If there are any users to be added or removed, kindly comment in this discussion. Please specify your request as follows:

https://xxxxx.xxxxxx.com/orgs/“variable”/teams/“Variable”/members

Add and Remove Users: Please specify the indicator below to add and remove users from the respective xxxx team mentioned above.

Use “ADD” to include new users.
Use “DELETE” to remove existing users.

:warning: Note: If we do not receive any response from you within 5 working days, we will consider the current xxxxUser List as valid.

Ideally you would use string.Format function

Eg:

String.Format("Dear {0},

As part of our xxxx Quarterly Review for {1}, we kindly request your confirmation on the following:","Chitanya","Mar-2025")

Similar to above include {2} and so on to add more variables as needed

Also you have send email activities ..there is no need of type into if at all you are using it
