we can use Get IMAP Or Get Outlook mail message to use the mail activities

Just import the UiPath.Mail.Activities

Yes, You can send the mails

if you’re using Gmail you can use Send SMTP Mail Message.

Hello.

The best way is to use IMAP (to receive) or SMTP (to send).
Faster and cleaner.
