Reply to the same recipient from whom got a mail and mail have attachment as well,
how to send same attachment in reply?

In Send SMTP Mail Message Activity you have Foward Mail Message property that you can use.
Otherway you can get the mail from sender with “Email.Sender.Address” and you can save attachment with Save Attachment activity, and upload the same attachment. (in the Save attachment activity you have property FolderPath that you can use to save and later on to upload the file
