You can try to follow steps below :
Steps:

  1. Use Send SMTP Mail Message activity.

  2. Fill in the following:

Host: e.g., smtp.office365.com (for Microsoft 365), or your company’s mail server.

Port: Usually 587.

Email: Your email ID.

Password: Use Get Password activity or store it securely.

Attachments: Add paths to the attachments.

Enable SSL: Checked.
