Maestro Disabled after I enabled Pro Trial

Hey Forum Members,

After I enabled Pro Trial, the licensing concept has changed a lot. Now we have Pro, Plus, Basic, Express, etc.
I don’t seem to find the Automation-Named user like before.

I’ve also lost access to multiple services:

If i try to enable, I get this pop up:

I tried the “Allocate license”, It didn’t work.

I just need access to Maestro. The documentation of Maestro suggests:

The General Licensing Documentation is too complex for my understanding.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You
Happy Automation :star_struck:

It would be great if Someone helps.

I have an Agentic Process deployed on Maestro for Learning and Tutorial Purposes. Now it is inaccessible.

Please Help.

@V_Roboto_V

  1. You can assign pro license to work on studio and all
  2. Can you check in consumables if you see any units for agents

cheers

I believe your pro trial has activated the Unified Pricing Model, which is the new pricing model from UiPath, under the new model most stuff is locked behind a platform SKU.
I am not sure if can share the pricing of it yet as I havent seen it publicly announced and cannot find it online yet, but basically the cost of the robot licences stay the same, at $10k, so you still need to buy that licence, plus the developer licence, but now the platform itself has a cost which is quite expensive, above the cost of a robot licence.

Add on top of this for running Maestro, you’ll need to purchase consumables since Maestro consumes Agent Units each time it runs a job.

There is an overview here.

They have tried to merge and limit the number of user types now aswell, hence you see the new users, Pro is the Studio developer licence equivalent, but I don’t think thats why you can’t see Maestro, its cause you need to purchase the platform and I don’t think the trial includes the full platform now it seems.

So, if I understand correctly, creating learning content—or even self-learning—might be quite challenging under this new model?

That’s unfortunate.

I went through the link you attached.

You are right :smiling_face_with_tear:

I have the Basic Trial enabled. As i cannot create tenants (only 1 Default Tenant), I have 1 of each Pro, Plus and Basic, 25 of Express, and No Platform Units.

Thanks for the reply @Jon_Smith

Great. They pushed another Update today :face_with_crossed_out_eyes:

This wasn’t there yesterday. We can now upgrade to Standard Trial.

That would mean, we will get:

Let me check if I get access to Maestro finally

Edit:
Yup, Got access to everything.

Problem Solved.
Thanks @Jon_Smith :star_struck:

The unified pricing model is brand new, so indeed makes sense that some tiers were perhaps not accessible yet.

Regarding making learning content etc, I am not sure whats available in Community, but if indeed Maestro for example is not available in Community then yes, you will not easily be able to make learning content since the trial is a one off thing and you cannot start multiple trials on multiple accounts.

I double checked and Maestro is available on a Community license.

Yes, i never faced issue with Community version.

I faced the issue as soon as i enabled Pro Trial yesterday.

Yesterday, there was no option to upgrade to Standard Trial either. So I couldn’t do anything with my agentic process that was already deployed on maestro.

Today, out of the blue, there was an option to upgrade and i could access my agentic process again.
