Macro is blocked by microsoft

Hi All,

I am facing an issue where when i open an Xlsm file there is is an error “Microsoft has disabled the macro as it is unsafe”. We can resolve this error but clicking unblock on “this file came from another computer unblock tick how to make it unblock for all files that come in” which is available in the prorperties of the file. As bot is downloading file everyday ticking the unblock icon on an individual file will not work. Kindly let me know if there is a Permanant solution to this?

I think we can Add a Trusted Location in Excel:

  1. Open Excel.
  2. Go to File > Options.
  3. Select Trust Center in the left pane.
  4. Click on Trust Center Settings.
  5. Choose Trusted Locations in the left pane.
  6. Click Add new location.
  7. Browse to the folder where your files are saved and select it.
  8. Check the box that says “Subfolders of this location are also trusted” if you want to include subfolders.
  9. Click OK to save the settings.

Files added in this location probably will not get this macro pop up.
