Luanch Macro VB in Outlook

Hello friends,
I have to automate the process of launching a MACRO in Outlook.
Precisely I have to automate the launch of a MACRO

in this way.
I should reach the button “Applica” and press on it.
Maybe is it possible to send a combination of hotkeys?
Is anyone able to help me kindly?
Thank you so much,
Camilla

HI @CamiCat,

Normally in the windows application , it has the hot key. for example when you press the left side Alt key, it has the visibility in the button caption by under score. after you can send hot keys by TypeInto Activity .

Before

After

Another way by press tab key …

Hi @CamiCat,

http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/MicrosoftOutlookMacros/article.html

In the above link, I followed to create the short cut for the macro by the below point. I don’t know this will useful or not to you. But instead of sending so many sendHot keys . we can run in by a single hot key.
