Lotus note attachments is available or not?

Hi all,
how to check in IBM lotus notes the attachment is available or not and also want to check that if the attachment available i want to save the all attachments .

I believe you can use the newly introduced Lotus Notes activities (which are still in Beta, but soon out as Stable).

You would then use a simple Get Lotus Notes Mail Message activity combined with the Save Attachments activity, like so:
