Loop to replace values in column

Hi,
I want to replace values in column “D”. If cell contains value=3 replace it with 2. image

Loop that i use just rewrites the cell in the first row…whats is the actual issue?

fine
in range mention like this
“D”+(Status2_nomatch_DT.Rows.IndexOf(row2)+2).ToString
