Loop Over screenScape Data

I have scraped a screen
1 TAR 001 PRIV
SACH
DRRT
2 SAQ 002 PRTV
DFGT
FRYY
VTYU
003 QSED
RTGH
RFGB
after the serial number like (001) it should take the datas until it finds next serial number and loop for those data in collection.
There are 3 data between serial number 001 and serial number 002.i have keep them in 1 collection.
there are 4 data in between serial number 002 and serial number 003. i have to keep in same collection and loop it.
