I have upgraded the version of orchestrator version 2020.10 to 2022.10, what can I do or any ideas for sanity testing after upgrading the version for orchestrator and studio?

After updating Orchestrator you should:
- Verify that all Orchestrator functionalities are working as expected (Logging, connections to robots etc)
- Test automation processes, queues, schedules, and integrations
- Try to publish and run robots
Just try to do everything what you normally do while working with studio/orchestrator
