Logs not going to orchestrator

Hi All ,
every time one particular bot fails to send the log to orchestrator. once we delete the files in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data
it starts sending !! what could be the solution ?

i am not sure what is the issue , there is already a similar thread. infact i attempted this solution after reading the thread. but need to know what is the RCA . and yes it happens multiple times.

Make sure below points you have verified:

Logging level in Robot Tray is not set to Off.
Orchestrator is properly installed.
Verify web.config file for all required setting are mapped properly.
At last, try to reinstall Uipath and provision new robot and try…

i cant consider 2nd and third should be fine as logs are coming fine from all other studios/developers. only one system has this problem. point 1 is also checked its fine .
may be last point i can try but still why we are doing it ? what is the root cause ?
