Login issue of the community version account

Hello everyone, my community version suddenly can’t be logged in. Entering the account and password will result in an error: User does not exist in any organization.
Please reach out to your administrator, and ask them to add you to an organization.

Check if you are using the correct credentials you had created the account with.

The account password is correct. I also tried to log in using someone else’s community account, but the same error occurred. However, the accounts of others can be logged in and used normally on their own computers.

Try to login https://cloud.uipath.com without organization name.
Might be temporary issue, clear catche or try with different browsers.

Try using another web browser or try login with incognito mode. It happens when you have another organisation login on the same browser.

Hey @ToryLiu Ensure you’re logging in with the correct account associated with your organization. Sometimes, users may have multiple UiPath accounts.and if you have only 1 account and only 1 account is login.
try to contact with your Admin to add your account in that tenant

But this is a community version account registered by myself. I don’t know who the administrator is?

I tried to change the browser and deleted the previous data, but it still didn’t work. Incognito mode can login, but the browser automatically redirected by the software is not in incognito mode. The good news is that I re-registered an account and can log in normally after reinstalling the community version software.

You can uninstall and reinstall. Might be some version issue.

Hey @ToryLiu can you do one thing in the browser open the>(https://cloud.uipath.com/) and then this pop-up screen will appear on the browser


and if you have already an account in UiPath to login with the same account for example-
with google,microsoft or with linkedin .and if you successfully login the account.then open assistant and follow the below screenshot.

your orchestrator URL look like this Don’t copy the full URL-
UiPath
and if you are not able to login in the browser where are you doing the sing in means there is not account and you have to sign up and create 1 account to login in the studio.
