Log file is in use error

We recently upgraded from Window legacy to Windows Framework projects by upgrading our UiPath Platform from 2020.10.x to 2022.10.16. We also moved all on-premises VMs to Azure Cloud VMs. What used to run perfectly while on-prem, are now causing troubles, primarily with File is in use error.

Recently we are starting to see more file is in use error, in the middle of execution. The logs are being written to text files, as we can see it. However, some workflows that ran perfectly sometimes throws this error. This is becoming unpredictable. We are unable to reproduce the error and therefore unable to fix it. Any one else facing this issue?

Is it always the same application in use that is causing these problems (Excel, Word, Other)?
If that is so then perhaps the problem lies in those applications being slower on the new VMs.

If Excel is the problem then you could try and experiment with these settings on your Excel Process Scope container.
