try to reload or clear cache and try..it looks like an one off issue
if it persists open network tab in browser and check which call is failing

This might be a temporary issue. Please try using a different browser or open it in incognito mode.

Are you on enterprise version or community one?
If community, just reloading or clearing cache should help as Anil suggested.
But if on enterprise version, please have a look at the orchestrator server and check in db also, if logs are there or not.
The issue is fixed.
I have tried to open in a different browser it works,
I checked the db. it is having enough space.
