Locked out of Level 3 - Advanced Training

Hi there

I am currently trying to finish the Level 3 - Advanced Training. While I was evaluated on assignment 3 “Yearly Report” I was locked out. On the overview page I have the following message: “Complete the Level 1 - Foundation Training and the Level 2 - Orchestrator 2016.2 Training in order to unlock the Level 3 - Advanced Training.”

However, I have already finished both “Foundation Traning” and “Level 2 - Orchestrator”.

When I try to access Level 3 I have the following screen:

Please click Back in the browser to solve this.
Also, you can access the training materials, if you hover over the 2nd icon (under the 3 stripes icon) on the left pane. It has a Play icon and the no. of training materials accessed by you / total no. of training materials from the course.
