We have a vendor application that requires first time users to select a machine name that is associated with a business unit. Once set, it is locked and cannot be changed unless by an admin. We won’t be providing a robot with PA rights. So, as a result, once the robot runs an automation from one business unit we are not able to switch to another business unit to support automations due to this lock. This is not ideal since we want one robot to run numerous daily automations for different business units. Has anyone ran into a similar limitation? if so, how did you solve the issue?
