Can someone explain this query m unable to understand it

Hi Tia,
What do you want to by using this query?

dtDenail table has columns of “DenailReason” and “ClaimNumber”

By using this query we can group this columns like “kk,emi45”,“ll,emi46” and then they are assigned to list.
