Does anyone know the appropriate steps to take to free a license that was installed on a stolen device?

Is your license consumed on a system
And noe you do not have access?

If you are the admin…try disconnecting the machien and remove from orchestrator also can remove the user…if its the only user then create one more and give admin rights and remove the user and then recreate the required user

Try removing the machine and bot and make sure no process is attached to it otherwise it wont let you do it,

Thank you for your response the license is indeed on a stolen laptop and not connected to orchestrator.

Then please login to orchestrator and delete the machineand user
